Tips to get the most out of your reed diffuser
We recommend starting off with 4 reeds, and increasing the number of reeds as necessary. The more reeds, the more scent. Careful though, the more reeds also will soak up the oil faster.
Flip the reeds when you want an extra pop of scent. We recommended flipping the reeds when expecting guests, or every 2 weeks.
Placement of your diffuser makes a huge difference. Don’t hide the diffuser on a shelf and expect magic to disperse the scent. It needs to be in a highly trafficked area of your home. This will allow the movement of air to disperse fragrance.
Only use rattan reeds. Don’t try other materials like bamboo. Reach out for replacement reeds if needed.

A quality candle does not happen by accident, it’s a careful work of art that comes with countless hours of wick testing, to ensure an even burn, and fragrance testing, to guarantee a beautiful scent throw.
We are proud to share our process with you... not for you to try to make your own candles, but so you have an appreciation of the art.
01. For best burning results, we recommend burning for 4 hours at a time.
02. Allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the jar before blowing out your candle. This will prevent "tunneling" down the middle, which is especially important on the first burn.
03. Always trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting to ensure a longer-lasting candle and safer burn.
Soy wax burns cleaner, it’s natural and environmentally friendly.
